The Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency, OYSAA, has introduced a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) form to efficiently address issues, grievances and complaints from Out-Of-Home advertising practitioners across the State.
In an official statement, the Director-General of OYSAA, Hon. Oludolapo Eso-Ajanaku stated that the initiative reflects the agency’s commitment to fostering accountability and enhancing stakeholder engagement within the Out-Of-Home sector in the State.
Hon. Eso – Ajanaku described the GRM form as a user-friendly, data-driven tool developed to streamline the process of lodging complaints and grievances, ensuring efficient and prompt resolution of disputes.
According to the statement, the GRM form is accessible via the Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency website; www.oysaa.oyostate.gov.ng. Alternatively, complainants can visit the OYSAA office located on the 3rd Floor of the Water Corporation Building, State Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan, to obtain the GRM form.
