The Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency (OYSAA) announces the commencement of a three-week Debt Relief Window from Monday, August 18th, 2025, to Monday, September 8th, 2025. This applies to revalidated third-party practitioners with substantial financial outstanding obligations to the Agency.
This debt relief window allows eligible practitioners to:
- Apply for a structured payment plan; or
- Request a partial waiver of accumulated debt.
Applications must be submitted in writing to the Agency within the stipulated period. The approval of any payment plan or waiver rests solely with OYSAA and will be based on a review of each practitioner’s compliance history and prevailing circumstances.
Please note: No requests will be entertained after Monday, September 8th, 2025. Practitioners who fail to utilise this opportunity will be required to settle their full outstanding debt within seven (7) days after the close of the Debt Relief Window. No extension or concession will be granted.
This initiative demonstrates OYSAA’s commitment to maintaining a fair, transparent, and sustainable outdoor advertising environment in Oyo State, while ensuring full compliance with statutory obligations.
